Gongura (గోంగూర ) is very famous in south India and especially in the Telugu States, there are many recipes that we can try with Gongura, each of them are unique and tasty. This dry gongura chicken fry can be prepared very quickly. It pairs wonderfully well with plain steamed rice and a bowl of rasam. Chicken Gongura Fry tastes slightly hot, spicy, and tangy. Some variety of gongura is very sour, so adjust the quantity of sorrel leaves to be used.
